At Village of Hope (VOH), we are dedicated to implementing impactful projects that directly benefit the children in our care and the community we serve. Through our programs, we aim to address the unique challenges faced by underprivileged children in Eastern Uganda. Your support can help us make a lasting difference in their lives.

Our staff is trained in trauma-informed care to understand and address the emotional and psychological needs of children who have experienced loss and adversity.
We empower children with education and skill-building opportunities, enabling them to develop their potential and pursue a successful future.
We provide access to healthcare services, nutritious meals, and a hygienic living environment to ensure the overall health and well-being of every child.
We are committed to advocating for the rights of orphaned children, ensuring they have a voice and are treated with dignity, respect, and equality.
To create a safe and conducive environment for the children, we prioritize infrastructure development. Our projects include the construction and maintenance of dormitories, classrooms, playgrounds, and other essential facilities. Your contribution can help us create a nurturing and stimulating space where the children can thrive and feel a sense of belonging.
As the children at VOH grow older, we prepare them for independent and sustainable futures through our Vocational Training project. We offer practical skills training in various fields, such as carpentry, agriculture, tailoring, and entrepreneurship. In doing this, we empower them to become self-reliant and contribute positively to their communities.
We believe in the power of community support and collaboration. Through this project, we engage with the local community, organizations, and volunteers who share our vision. Together, we work towards providing support and resources to vulnerable children and families in need, extending our impact beyond VOH walls.
At Village of Hope, we strongly believe in the power of creativity and self-expression as essential components of a child’s holistic development. That is why we have established the Art and Crafts Empowerment project, aimed at fostering artistic talents and providing valuable life skills to the children under our care.
